This unique 45 minute program will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A small group focused kettlebell workout designed to improve your strength and functionality. A great way to start your week ahead of the game! This class is currently capped at 5 people. Please read our cancellation policy and schedule these sessions with care and respect for other's time.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is not as strict as some. We allow for you to cancel up to 6 hours prior to our session with no cancellation fee. However, if for any reason you need to cancel within 6 hours of your session, your account will change to a pay ahead, and any future cancelled sessions will NOT be refunded. If for any reason your trainer must cancel your session, your session WILL be rescheduled OR your payment will be refunded based on your choosing.
